About Yoga

 

Yoga is a practice that brings together gentle movement, breath awareness and deep rest. It helps you feel more at ease in your body, calmer in your mind and more grounded in everyday life.

About My Classes

 

In my classes, we move slowly and mindfully - exploring postures (asanas) without rushing, using the breath to soften tension and create more space. Each class ends with a long relaxation or yoga nidra, giving your body and nervous system a chance to fully unwind.

You don't need to be flexible or experienced. Yoga simply meets you where you are.

I teach a style of yoga that is accessible, steady and supportive. It's not about pushing or performing - it's about connecting with how you feel, finding balance, and creating moments of ease that you can carry with you off the mat.
