Flexible 5 yoga class pass for £45. If you'd like to try a class first, it's £9. You can join at any time; just contact me to arrange.

Please bring a yoga mat. It's also good to have a blanket and/or warm layers for the yoga nidra relaxation at the end.

Please see times below, the hall is open 15 mins before the start time to allow time to arrive & settle in.

One to one Yoga

​

​If you'd like to book a one to one yoga class the cost is £45 for 1 hour. I would provide a free 15 minute consultation beforehand. I have a small space at my home or if preferred could be at client's home.​

Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
