About Me
Hi, I'm Tricia Nicholls, a 500-hour BWY qualified yoga teacher. I teach slow, supportive yoga that helps you move with ease, build gentle strength and feel grounded and calm. My classes focus on breath, mobility and accessibility, whatever their experience level.
Practice Schedule

Tuesday: 6pm to 7.15pm in-person group class

Friday: weekly yoga recording - for home practice, sent on Friday and available for 7 days
